708 Broadway Building

This project is currently in pre-development, with Dutton Architecture serving as the architect for this project. Initial site work is taking place during the Summer of 2024, which includes any required remediation services, selective demolition, and improved water access. Once this work is complete, NoVo in Kingston hopes to host a series of pop-up events in the space and the community will be invited to give input into its future use.
